Source Inspections
Initial Production Check (IPC)
- Conduct IPC inspection when 10% ~ 20% of production is finished with AQL level: major 1.5, minor 4.0 or when the first lot samples are ready to be checked for quality.
- Workmanship and measurements ensure that the manufacturing process is correct and help take corrective actions early in the production cycle to avoid unnecessary, costly product rework and shipping delays.
During Production Quality Inspection
- Conduct DUPRO inspection when 30% ~ 50% of production finished with an AQL level: major 1.5, minor 4.0
- Check whether corrections, given recommendations and revised specifications have been implemented.
- We check the quantity of components, production material, Semi-finished and finished products, Packaging, Packs, labels etc., for any deviations and Compare with your specifications.
Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection
- Conduct FINAL inspection when 100% of production is finished or at least 80% of packing finished or when the product is complete, packed and ready to be shipped, with an AQL level: major 2.5, minor 4.0.
- Based on the sampling plan, our inspectors randomly select product samples and make sure that criteria such as quality, quantity, function (by refer to user’s manual), appearance, assortment, color, dimensions, marking, packing, packaging, conform to your specifications and on established reference samples
Loading Supervision (LS)
- Before the products are shipped, our inspectors will check whether the goods, according to the order, are properly packed, loaded and stored for transportation.
- Furthermore, we assure that quantity, packaging, marking and container condition are appropriate before tallying the total number of shipping cases or units and sealing the container
